IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

I started believing I could actually make my dreams a reality. When I started being present and intentional about taking up all the space I occupy. When I became dedicated to always improving my perfectly imperfect self at all times. #WinnersDontQuitOnThemselves.

My name is Lauren Rascoe and I’m dope in real life. I am an author, communicator, dancer, experience designer, graphic designer, fashionista, fitness junkie, international marketer, model, actress, motivational speaker, poet, world traveler, and then some. Bottom line is, I know how to do a lot of things and am ALWAYS looking to learn more. I am not afraid to do something new. My friends would tell you I work extremely hard, but I’m also really goofy and and always down for a good time. I always have a song in my head for everything and am known to dance in public places, randomly. I try not to take myself too seriously.

I value being my full self while building strong connections and friendships, doing great, quality work, and having fun along the way. #WorkHardPlayHarder. I’m a firm believer in being the color I wish to see in the world and will stop at nothing to do it. It matters to me to lift others while I rise, so I’m dedicated to being a positive influence and doing work in and for the community. It is my on-going life goal to transform lives and inspire the next generation of change makers.
